Shipping Policy:
At Dila & Co., we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, because we believe great products should be accessible to everyone, no matter where they are.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping time is approximately 10 business days from the date of shipment, although delivery times may vary based on your location. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or weather-related disruptions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dila & Co. purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
How to Return:
- To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team at support@dilaandco.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Sale or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, even though shipping is free for your order.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
